The Auburn Rose Story
Years ago, Mark and I began our career in property management as real estate investors. We decided to buy and rent single family homes, and maybe some small, multi-family homes.
But, we had a problem: not one property management company we interviewed had the level of professionalism and attention to detail that we needed. So, we decided the only way to make sure our investments were looked after, was to start our own company.
Auburn Rose was founded, in February 2008, on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat residents, realtors, owners and referrals.

Susan Rosenfeld
In addition to overall property management, Susan specializes in overseeing renovation projects with Auburn Rose's MHIC maintenance crew and building contractors.
She also owns and operates a rent court business.
Mark Rosenfeld, Partner
Mark has been a property manager since 2004.
He is also a licensed Realtor with Taylor Properties.
Auburn Rose is a member of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce.
